Internet of Things (IoT) solutions

The Internet of Things (IoT) is built upon the foundation of the computer internet, utilizing technologies such as RFID and wireless data communication to construct a network that covers all things in the world. In this network, objects (goods) can "communicate" with each other without human intervention. Its essence lies in the use of radio frequency automatic identification (RFID) technology to achieve automatic identification and interconnection and sharing of information among objects (goods) through the computer internet.

RFID is precisely a technology that enables objects to "speak". In the concept of the "Internet of Things", RFID tags store standardized and interoperable information, which is automatically collected to a central information system through wireless data communication networks, enabling the identification of objects (goods). Subsequently, information exchange and sharing are achieved through an open computer network, enabling "transparent" management of objects. This is the meaning of the Internet of Things.

Analyzing the meaning of the Internet of Things (IoT) from the perspective of the integration of informationization and industrialization:

Firstly, the foundation of industrialization lies in automation. The field of automation has developed for nearly a century, with both theory and practice becoming highly refined. Especially with the continuous rise of modern large-scale industrial production automation and the increasingly complex operational requirements for process control, the DCS control system has emerged as a product combining computer technology, system control technology, network communication technology, and multimedia technology. The concept of DCS is decentralized control and centralized management. Although automatic equipment is fully networked and can be monitored and controlled from a central control center through centralized management by operators, the level of the operators determines the optimization level of the entire system. Experienced operators can optimize production, while inexperienced operators only ensure production safety. Is there a way to achieve decentralized control and centralized optimization management? It requires the Internet of Things (IoT) to analyze and optimize all monitoring information to find the optimal control method. This is what IoT can bring to the DCS control system.  . Secondly, in the early stages of IT information development, the main target of information services was people, and the primary problem to be solved was the issue of information silos. Once the problem of information silos serving people was solved, the goal was to address information silos on a larger scale. That is, to connect the information of things and people. After people obtain information, they can make judgments and decisions based on it, triggering the next step of action. However, due to individual differences among people, different individuals will make different decisions regarding the same information. How can we obtain the optimal decision from the information? Additionally, things cannot make decisions after obtaining information. How can we enable things to have decision-making capabilities after obtaining information? Intelligent analysis and optimization technology is a means to solve this problem. After obtaining information, based on historical experience and theoretical models, optimal decisions can be quickly made. Data analysis and optimization technology have a strong demand in both industrialization and informatization aspects of the integration of the two.
